He served in the Marine Corps for 4 years and in various St. Louis Police Departments for over 13 years (even as a SWAT team leader). And now he fully dedicates his work to the private sector as an entrepreneur specialized in delivering top notch tactical gear for law enforcement corps.
One of his main skills is his combination of viewpoints. He has been in the industry as a customer and as a seller. He knows what the clients need. As he was a police officer for long time, he knows how tough is the job and the exact kind of problems police officer’s face daily and how to make them feel safer and better equipped to maintain law and order in their communities. He’s known how to translate his on-field expertise into a business perspective to be a successful entrepreneur. He had a lot of experience as an instructor in both the military and police forces which helped him in his role at Eagle Industries where he had to teach more than 150 salespeople all the details about the product the company offered. His more than 17 years in both the military and Police Department helped Ronnie developing prodigious leadership skills. He’s known how to carry his technical and on-field expertise, his capability as an instructor and HRT leader to the private sector as a team leader who inspires his coworkers.
He believes that by leading with his example and developing great communication skills, knowing how and when to delegates tasks are the main constituents of a successful work team. As an extra: his experience in SWAT where he faced about 250 “high-risk entries” every year taught him how to work in high pressure environments and to take decisions quickly, two of the most important skills for every entrepreneur.
